Any Graduation + 3-year LLB → Lawyer
Graduates from any stream who completed a bachelor's degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech) can pursue a 3-year LLB from a Bar Council of India recognised college and appear for the State Bar Council to practise as an advocate. This is the standard lateral entry into law — many successful lawyers in India took this route after an undergraduate degree in a non-law field, bringing domain expertise in technology, medicine, or commerce into their legal practice. Starting income in litigation is modest; corporate and IP law provides ₹8–20 LPA faster.
