Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made on RK Career AI — including the Rs.99 plan, the Rs.199 plan, and the Rs.499/year plan — are non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access to the paid features is granted.

By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the features available at each tier and agree that no refund will be issued after purchase.

Our product is a digital service that provides instant access to career data, salary figures, class roadmaps, and AI-generated guidance upon payment. Because access is granted immediately and the service is delivered digitally, it is not possible to “return” the information once viewed.

Paid plan access lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit on any plan.

• Rs.99 and Rs.199 — one-time purchases. Access continues for 12 months. You may purchase again after expiry to start a new 12-month period.
• Rs.499/year — annual subscription renewed manually. Renewal creates a new yearly period and preserves your plan history.
• No refund is issued for unused days in the current access period.

If you were charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error, please write to [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID(s) within 7 days. We will investigate and refund any confirmed duplicate charge.

If your payment fails but your bank account was debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If it is not reversed within 7 business days, write to [email protected] with your transaction details and we will assist.
