ITI / Vocational Trade Training after Class 10
Students who complete Class 10 can join Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) for 1–2 year trade courses in fields like Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Mechanic, Plumber, COPA (Computer), and Cosmetology — receiving NCVT-certified qualifications recognized by government and industry. ITI is not a fallback — it is a direct entry into skilled trades that are in high demand across manufacturing, construction, railways, defence, and service sectors. Skilled tradespeople earn ₹2–6 LPA in India, and significantly more abroad (Gulf, Japan, Germany) through bilateral skill programmes.
