Any Stream → Graduation → B.Ed → TET/CTET → Teacher / Professor
Graduates from any stream who want to teach can pursue B.Ed (Bachelor of Education, 2 years) followed by state TET or CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) to become eligible for school teaching positions. Government school teachers earn ₹4.5–9 LPA with job security and pension. For college teaching, NET (National Eligibility Test) qualification and a master's degree are required — assistant professors start at ₹7–9 LPA at UGC pay scale.
